Making a Business Case for Cisco Vulnerability Management: The Benefits, Costs, and ROI
Date: Thursday, October 12 at 12:00 PM ET
Cisco and guests from Forrester will cover:
- Findings from the commissioned Forrester Total Economic Impact™ of Cisco Vulnerability Management, including significant stats like a 20% reduction in risk of breach and a 12% increase in security analyst efficiency
- Potential return on investment (ROI) enterprises may realize by deploying Cisco Vulnerability Management as their risk-based vulnerability management solution
- The data science that powers Cisco Vulnerability Management and its future state
Organizations can have an insurmountable number of software vulnerabilities to manage that leave security professionals overwhelmed. Prioritization is key, but the Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS) doesn’t consider what’s most important for your specific organization, nor does it consider attack feasibility and active threats. Taking a risk-based approach to vulnerability management enables organizations to accurately weigh risk, leading to efficient and effective prioritization of remediation efforts.
To better understand the customer benefits and costs of investing in Cisco’s risk-based vulnerability management solution, we commissioned Forrester Consulting to conduct a Total Economic Impact™ of Cisco Vulnerability Management. The study sought to measure security and IT operational efficiency and the reduction of data breaches realized by existing Cisco Vulnerability Management customers. The study results were combined to form a single composite organization.
Join us for this webinar to hear directly from our Forrester guest speaker about the findings from the commissioned Total Economic Impact™ of Cisco Vulnerability Management conducted by Forrester Consulting. Cisco leaders will also share insights into the data science that powers Cisco Vulnerability Management and its future state.
