Every so often if luck is on your side, you encounter the birth of an invention that completely challenges a few strongly held assumptions. This type of invention catalyzes how we can solve really hard, important problems for the world in completely new ways. These innovations take advantage of combining key building blocks of technology to reimagine a solution that has never been envisioned ever before. These inventions are typically not the next version of something that already exists but tend to be the first version of something completely new. One such innovation that I was fortunate to experience and be a small part of is Cisco Hypershield. It’s not just a new product, it is a completely reimagined architecture that will change the entire Security industry. Recently, a few of us from Cisco were fortunate enough to release the hard work from a very creative team for a product called Cisco Hypershield. We did this in front of some of the leading minds in the industry at the McLaren Racing Technology Center in the UK. Thank you Zak Brown & team for being such wonderful hosts but also thanks for being a partner that pushes us to do better with our technology to meet your needs of extreme precision and performance.
